Mainstage 3 is the industry standard software used to create all the show specific instruments, sounds and sound effects asked for in the music, in the order you need them for performance. Each voice is referred to as a patch and usually players will advance through the patch changes with a foot pedal. Keyboard programming helps to give your orchestra that 'show specific' sound and can include anything from synths, strings and brass to layered patches and sound effects too.​​​​​

We're adding new shows all the time, so if you don't see what you need, don't worry, let us know and we can create programming for your production, whether it be a brand new show, a revue concert, or just a show we haven't got round to yet!

Our pricing is divided into 3 bands. 

• Small parts up to 100 patch changes £100.00

• Medium parts up to 200 patch changes £150.00

• Large parts of more than 200 patch changes £200.00

So, if your keyboard 1 part was small and your keyboard 2 part was medium, you would pay £250.00 for the programming.

You give us the keyboard parts provided by your licence holder, we do all the work and provide you with a Mainstage 3 file you can download for your show. We can also be around at your band call and dress rehearsals to make any 'on the spot' adjustments and to act as keyboard technicians should you run into any technical difficulties. You will need access to Apple Mac computers and have installed Mainstage prior to receiving anything from us. We will also provide you with markings in your parts to show where patch changes occur. These are removable and will not damage the music before you return it to the licence holder.

Mainstage 3 is available through the Apple App store and is a one off purchase of £29.99. You will need to install this on your Mac and ensure you have downloaded all the additional content to ensure our files run smoothly. We can advise on setup too if you're unsure what to do.

Some shows may require additional third party plugins to make use of its full potential, including LABS and Dexed. All of the third party plugins used in our programming are free of charge, and we provide detailed instructions on downloading these plugins.
